Tenure Committee
The task of the tenure committee of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at RWTH Aachen University is to develop a recommendation for specific tenure criteria of a professorship as well as, in collaboration with the central RWTH tenure committee, to make a recommendation on the question of the continuation of the employment or service relationship after the interim evaluation.
The committee takes into account the discipline-specific performance parameters as well as faculty cultures and practices when developing the evaluation criteria.
